Who is Laet's Change?

Originally from Eastern France, Laet's Change combines European academic excellence with American fitness expertise. She holds a Ph.D. in Life and Health Sciences from France and is certified as a NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), NASM-CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach), and NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) in the United States.

After years working in human factors and ergonomics in a leading industrial company, she now offers evidence-based, tailored coaching to help people safely return to exercise — whether after an injury, childbirth, chronic pain, or simply after years of inactivity.

From weight loss and sport performance to injury recovery and chronic pain management, her programs adapt to your unique goals and challenges.
